Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $35-40 hour W2 + benefits + matching 401K Start Date: May 18, 2026 We are looking for a talented junior to mid-level Motion Graphics Designer to join our Fortune 100 financial client's creative team, who balances the speed of an agency with the stability of a corporate powerhouse. This is a high-impact role that bridges the gap between creative design and technical production. You will be responsible for taking core concepts and translating them across various digital platforms- from stadium LED strips to dynamic animated social media content. What You’ll Do: Motion & Animation: Create animated graphics for social media and large-scale environmental displays (e.g., stadium LED strips). Digital Execution: Create high-impact digital assets that align with our new brand framework. Brand Expansion: Help us build out and maintain a "clean and elegant" visual language during a critical brand transition. Collaborative Ideation: Participate in creative brainstorms; we want someone who brings ideas to the table, not just someone who takes orders. Quality Control: Navigate a multi-layered review process with grace, using feedback to sharpen the final output. Occasional Field Support: Travel (approx. 10%) to major events (like the Army/Navy game) to help manage or create real-time content. Core Requirements: Experience: 2-6 years in a professional design environment. Strong portfolio: Showing creative excellence and technical mastery. Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Animation: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Animate is a major priority for this role. Figma: Required (or a proven ability to learn it rapidly). The "Hybrid" Mindset: You don't need to be a coder, but you must be tech-savvy enough to understand how graphics function in digital ad spaces. What Will Set You Apart: Strong Motion Design and Digital Graphic Design skills Photo Editing/Retouching skills. Generative AI: Experience using AI tools to create assets/physical product design (ex. tangible objects like coins or medals).
