Our client is a well established small CRO known for providing top notch clinical solutions to a range of small and mid sized biotech companies.

\n

\n

They are seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager to join their team remotely, based in Canada or the US. This is a lead role requiring at least 7 years of experience in clinical data management within a CRO or pharma setting, including 3 years of independent lead experience, and hands on oncology trial experience.

Key responsibilities

\n

\n

\n
• Manage data processing tasks and timelines for clinical trials, including oncology studies
\n
• Oversee data quality control, ensuring compliance with SOPs and sponsor guidelines
\n
• Lead data management projects, coordinate activities, and develop database validation checks
\n
• Design case report forms (CRFs) and handle quality control
\n
• Train and guide junior staff and data entry teams
\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field
\n
• 7+ years of clinical data management experience, including 3+ years in an independent lead capacity
\n
• Prior experience working on oncology clinical trials is required
\n
• Familiarity with clinical trial regulations and data management processes
\n
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
