Description Use your nursing skills to bridge the gap for those left out of the healthcare system and champion positive health outcomes in our community. Affinity Health Center seeks a part‑time nurse to join our amazing clinical team in providing care for those most vulnerable in our community. Work with great providers and clinical support team. Provide education for patients with chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension. Support patients in accessing preventative care and in understanding the importance of cancer screenings. Educate patients on treatment adherence while also understanding the barriers that they may face. Support positive health outcomes for those who have been left out of the healthcare system. No weekends. Supportive environment. S.C. nurse license required. Experience preferred.
