Customer Success Support Agent
Company
SMART tag (by Secured Mobility LLC) is a SaaS technology service for the K-12 pupil transportation industry, equipping school buses with on-board tablets that enhance student safety and security, while eliminating paper-based processes for improved efficiency and optimization of operations. SMART tag’s technology also includes software for routing, RFID card management and enhanced communications between the Transportation department and their bus drivers, school campuses and community.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Customer Success Support Agent’s goal is to provide a 5-star experience for our customers to help maximize the customer life-time value. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the post-sale satisfaction of our customers and will be an advocate for each customer, guiding them along a path to success.
Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Resolving basic product issues via chat, email, phone
- Account Management Support: Work with Account Advisors to support customer communications, relationship health and product adoption success
- Customer Training: Helping new customers learn SMART tag products
- Documentation: Creating help articles and troubleshooting guides
- Escalation Management: Routing complex issues to specialists
- Customer Retention: Identifying at-risk accounts and creating a roadmap for success
Must have demonstrable experience in similar roles, proven reliability, and excellent attendance history. Professionalism, strong organization and follow through are keys to success.
$18-22/hr depending on experience.
