Electronics Test Supervisor
Location: San Fernando Valley
Pay: $25.00–$32.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Electronics Test Supervisor to oversee testing and troubleshooting operations for electronic and printed circuit board assemblies. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising technicians, resolving test failures, supporting new test-station launches, and maintaining quality and production standards.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily electronics testing activities and assign technician workloads.
Support troubleshooting of circuit, hardware, and software-related test failures.
Review customer test procedures and product requirements.
Assist with the setup and validation of test stations for new products.
Train, mentor, and qualify test technicians.
Track First Pass Yield, defect rates, and testing performance.
Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding testing issues.
Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality procedures, and production standards.
Recommend improvements to testing methods, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements
Associate degree in Electronics Technology or a related field.
Minimum five years of electronics testing and troubleshooting experience.
Minimum two years of supervisory or technical lead experience.
Hands-on experience with digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and Automatic Test Equipment.
Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and PCB assemblies.
Ability to read schematics, test procedures, and technical instructions.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must meet ITAR requirements.

Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards.
Aerospace, defense, or contract electronics manufacturing experience.
