We are hiring for CNC Machinists who want to travel the US!
At Trades Resource, we don’t just fill roles, we build relationships that keep manufacturing moving.
We specialize in placing high-level machinists, welders, and skilled trades professionals into critical projects across aerospace, defense, energy, and precision manufacturing.
We are actively seeking Traveling CNC Machinists who are ready to step into high-impact environments and support some of the most advanced manufacturing operations in the country.
These roles are ideal for machinists who:

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience (setup preferred)
- Operator level positions available
- Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or high-precision manufacturing
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
- Willingness to travel and commit to project durations
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
Bonus Experience (Not Required, But Valued)
- 3-5+ axis machining or mill-turn experience
- Mastercam or other CAM software
- Experience with tight-tolerance aerospace components
- First Article Inspection (FAI) exposure
- Multi-machine or cell operations
