Excellent investigative, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$285,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Partner with finance stakeholders, including SMEs and process owners, to understand business tests, processes, and opportunities for AI and data-driven solutions. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, solution designs, and project roadmaps, considering the key AI/ML capabilities. Lead and manage the life-cycle of technical projects, encompassing discovery, design, prototyping, development, integration, testing, launch, and ongoing monitoring. Build and iterate on prototypes that can serve as the foundational design for development. Connect insights and opportunities across different finance functions and technical initiatives to maximize impact and efficiency.
