About Us
We are seeking a friendly and organized Nail Salon Receptionist to join our team at Simply Nails and Spa in the Mall at Rockingham Park. We are looking for someone who will be able to work weekends. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth salon operations. If you have excellent customer service skills and a passion for the beauty industry, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure an efficient flow of services
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide information about services and promotions to clients.
- Collaborate with nail technicians and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle client feedback and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Help capture content for social media
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a beauty or wellness environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer software and salon management systems.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Knowledge of nail services and trends is a plus, but not required.
