Warehouse CoordinatorCore Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - FridayOvertime as needed, which can include Saturdays.Starting Pay: $22.00/hourGeneral SummaryThis role is responsible for coordinating warehouse operations to ensure the efficient handling, storage, and shipment of finished goods. The position supports timely order fulfillment, maintains inventory accuracy, and upholds quality and safety standards while contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.Universal Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the Mission Statement of the Company by Living Our Values, Creating Unique Solutions and Supporting Customer Success.Treat all co-workers, customers and suppliers in accordance with our Company's Core Values of Respect, Integrity, Extraordinary Care, Radical Generosity, Better Every Day and Customer Success.Follow all company GMPs and SOPs.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview daily shipment schedule plan and prioritize daily work schedules to meet customer requirementsCoordinate and control the handling, storage, and flow of finished product through the warehouse areaManually or using a hand truck, perform material handling dutiesReview daily inventory of finished goods in the warehouse against anticipated delivery schedules to minimize the amount of handling and damageProcess both incoming and outgoing shipment paperwork, including maintaining shipping recordsCheck pallets of product on first shipment to a new customer to assure satisfactory shipment of first orderHandle return shipments to manufacturers for repairs and collect information for damage claims on in-transit damage.Take the initiative to resolve problems involving the supervisor and/or customer service when appropriateShare in minor repair work and housekeeping responsibilities for the work areaPeriodic Duties and ResponsibilitiesSeeking input to improve warehouse operationWork in assembly as neededOperate forklift truck as neededRequirementsEducation and Work ExperienceHigh School diploma or GED required; 6-12 months' experience in warehouse operations desiredKnowledgeGeneral knowledge of warehouse proceduresWorking knowledge of computer databasesUnderstanding of company product codes and terminologyAbilities and SkillsReasoning – Carry out detailed written or verbal instructions; deal with a variety of variables in standardized situations; solve practical problems, and know when to involve others to help with problemsMathematical – Add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers and perform arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.Language Development – Ability to read and interpret correspondence, reports, and technical manuals; ability to write reports and correspondence and to speak effectively one-on-one and before small groupsPhysical Effort – Medium effort required, regularly exerting in excess of 50 pounds of force to lift or move objectsVision – Far, near, and mid-range vision, color vision, depth perception, and field of visionActivity – Frequently required to walk, stand, reach with hands and arms, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally required to talk and hearThe Suter Company Benefits (including, but not limited to):Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)MedicalDentalVisionLife and AD&DShort-term / Long-term Disability401k Retirement PlanPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysWellness ProgramsWork Environment and ADA StatementThe work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
