• 5 x 8 's
• Shift: Days
• Works 40 hours a week
• Works every other weekend.
• 5 days a week, alternating weekends
• 8AM – 430PM
• Float Requirements: Maybe assigned for an off-site location within 10 miles radios from the medical center one week at a time

Experience:

• Required Work Experience: 2 years of Case Manager experience
• Will accept inpatient and ER experience
• Certs: BLS, LA County Fire Card
• License: Active CA RN License
