Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and reach across counters. Kitchens are hot and noisy; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with effective verbal communication skills, and to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
