Enterprise Sales Executive - Card Processing Solutions

We are seeking a highly driven Enterprise Sales Executive – Card Processing Solutions to accelerate growth across the U.S. market.

This is a true hunter role , focused on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the payments ecosystem. We are looking for a sales professional who thrives on opening doors, building relationships from scratch, navigating complex organizations, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in card processing and a proven track record of selling enterprise payment solutions to merchants, financial institutions, fintechs, processors, acquirers, issuers, ISOs, and PayFacs.

What You'll Do

  • Generate net-new business through proactive prospecting, strategic outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with C-level executives, Heads of Payments, Operations, Treasury, and Technology leaders.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract negotiation and close.
  • Identify opportunities to expand market share and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Consistently exceed revenue, pipeline, and activity targets.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of payment trends, card network developments, regulatory changes, and competitive solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customized payment solutions that address client business challenges.

Required Experience

  • proven experience of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience within Card Processing, Merchant Acquiring, Payment Processing, Fintech, or Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated success in hunting, prospecting, and closing net-new logos.
  • Proven history of achieving and exceeding annual sales quotas.
  • Strong network across the payments ecosystem.
  • Experience selling into enterprise merchants, financial institutions, fintechs, ISOs, and PayFacs.
