Description: Join our Critical Care Float Pool with flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity. Candidates will have the opportunity to provide care in diverse settings, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs, Cardiology/Diagnostics, and more. Nurses are expected to operate effectively in high-acuity environments. Candidates will be responsible for providing critical care to diverse populations of patients. This role requires managing complex patient care situations and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Nurses will engage in direct patient care, performing assessments and interventions as needed. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to adapt to differing patient needs across units. Attention to detail and adherence to protocols are paramount in this fast-paced setting. The position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring high standards of patient care.
