Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: Fond duLac, Wi | Pay: $Average starting wage is $16.88-$17.50/ hour based on a premium pay/ blended rate model and schedule | Shift: Full-Time / Part-Time (Hourly)
Make a direct, meaningful impact every day by supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live safe, active, and independent lives in a comfortable home environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep.

Implement Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP).

Administer medications and accurately log daily progress in electronic health records.

Encourage personal choice, community involvement, and recreational activities.

Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment.

Requirements:
18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED.

Clear background check (and valid driver's license with clean record, if driving).

Ability to lift 50+ lbs routinely and assist individuals with mobility.

Available to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.

Preferred: Prior experience in human services, caregiving, or CPI certification.

Requirements

• Experience working with individuals of varying needs and diagnoses (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and compassion for individuals with disabilities or health challenges
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Flexible availability, including weekends, and holiday
