Technology Client Services Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Technology Client Services Attorney in Washington, D.C. This role involves communicating with clients about innovative technology initiatives, including artificial intelligence, to enhance client service. The position supports the goals of the client services program within the Technology & Information Services Department and may offer a hybrid work arrangement. Duties Monitor and evaluate the firm's technology offerings and market trends. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Guide partners in discussing technology with clients. Develop and deliver client-focused presentations. Collaborate with business development teams on technology-related content. Maintain communications and materials on legal technology trends. Collaborate with the Innovation & AI team on client feedback and training opportunities. Protect and maintain confidential and proprietary information. Requirements Excellent writing skills for explaining technical systems. Strong operational skills in organizing, planning, and problem-solving. Professional interpersonal skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably a J.D. or equivalent. No certifications required. Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language. Operational skills in organizing and decision‑making. Interpersonal skills for effective communication.
