Innovien is supporting a large-scale infrastructure and energy modernization program for a national facility solutions organization. We're hiring a Project Manager – Infrastructure & Energy to own a portfolio of $5M–$20M+ projects end to end — HVAC, mechanical, solar, roofing, and controls, from concept through commissioning, running several in parallel with no layers between you and the outcome.

What You'll Do

• Deliver Infrastructure, Building Energy Solutions, and HVAC/energy projects up to $20M+ annually on schedule, on spec, and against agreed financial targets, with full P&L, forecasting, and risk/contingency ownership
• Manage contract scope and close gaps, including review and approval of bids, RFIs, submittals, and change requests
• Build, maintain, and update project schedules against critical path timelines and milestones
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor performance, run direct inspections for spec and safety conformance, and manage site orientation, code compliance, permitting, and closeout
• Maintain complete project documentation — reports, logs, minutes, submittals, closeout materials — and enforce safety protocols throughout

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or a related field, or equivalent combination of degree and 10 years of industry experience
• 7+ years managing Infrastructure Solutions, Building Energy Solutions, ESCO, or large commercial HVAC/mechanical/electrical projects
• Experience navigating the Division of the State Architect (DSA) submittal, inspection, and closeout process
• Track record managing large, multi-subcontractor projects across disciplines, including PO and subcontractor agreement preparation and customer/vendor invoicing
• Experience building and maintaining forecasting models to track timelines, milestones, and critical path activities across simultaneous multi-million-dollar projects
• Strong grounding in engineering principles, procedures, and standards
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint)
• Valid driver's license (local travel up to 120 miles)

• PMP certification
• Working knowledge of Procore
