Food Service Manager

The Food Service Manager oversees dining operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service. Responsibilities Include Leading and developing team members using coaching models, rewarding performance, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards. Managing client relationships by identifying needs and communicating progress. Ensuring financial performance through P&L management, achieving targets, and understanding performance data. Driving productivity by controlling costs, maintaining food and labor initiatives, and supervising production quality. Maintaining compliance with safety, health, and employment policies. Leading front-of-house operations in collaboration with the Food Service Director to deliver quality food service. Qualifications At least 1 year of management experience and 1 year in a related role. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Strong interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lb., stand for extended periods, and work effectively with diverse teams.
