Now Hiring: Warehouse & Operations Floor Lead – 1st Shift Location: Watertown, Connecticut Pay: $26–$30 per hour depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Employment Type: Direct Hire Possible Overtime | Long-Term Opportunity What You Can Expect $26–$30 per hour depending on experience Weekly pay 1st shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Possible overtime, including occasional Saturdays Direct hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement Supportive leadership and clear production standards Key Responsibilities Lead and support assembly team on 1st shift Strong experience operating a sit-down forklift to move heavy wooden reels and other materials Assign daily tasks and monitor production Train employees on safety and assembly procedures Ensure quality standards are met Read work orders and follow production schedules Help resolve production issues as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Assist with assembly work and materials when needed Qualifications Previous sit-down forklift and warehouse experience required Strong reliability and consistent attendance Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment Openwork is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
