Consistent schedule. Higher pay. More weekdays off. To Set You Up For Success Training takes place Monday–Friday and may rotate across shifts. Additional Friday or Monday shifts will be required based on operational needs. Candidates must be available to work either day when scheduled. What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation + 13 paid holidays Annual performance bonus Fitness reimbursement Employee battery program PPE and uniforms provided Recognition programs What You’ll Do Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment Perform quality checks and minor adjustments Assist with preventive maintenance Maintain a clean and safe work area Accurately record production data Follow all safety standards and PPE requirements What We’re Looking For 1+ year manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift Comfortable working in warm manufacturing environments Basic computer and math skills Reliable attendance and flexibility when needed Additional Information Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and physical (as applicable). As a Dry Application Facility, we manufacture batteries for the automotive and marine industries.
