Vernal and Roosevelt Clinic Receptionist Full Time Regular

: The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for performing the following job duties:

• Answering phones, and greeting patients
• Checking patients in on a computer system in a friendly, confidential, and timely manner ensuring all insurance information and demographics are entered accurately.

Other duties include taking pictures of patients at time of registration, scanning, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, collecting money, getting consents at time of service, and other clerical duties as needed.

Must be a team player and have the ability to multi task, and type at least 45 words per minute.

Must be reliable and able to work without direct supervision under challenging situations.

This is a full time position with great UBH benefits. you will be traveling between Vernal and Roosevelt clinics.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently.
• We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work with medical providers and professionally register patients paying close attention to detail and inputting patient insurance information and demographics appropriately.
• Must be able to perform multiple duties in a busy environment—computer experience required.
