The Managing Director will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and executing Merger & Acquisition (M&A) transactions; as well as other investment banking products. This role requires strong client management, business development, and deal execution capabilities across various transaction types including sell-sides, buy-sides, corporate divestitures, capital raises, and fairness opinions.For this role, the banker should have coverage experience in one or more the following subverticals:Heavy MachineryMotion and/or Flow ControlCapital EquipmentIndustrial TechnologyEssential FunctionsResponsible for revenue generation through the origination, execution and closing of M&A transactions.Establish Trusted Advisor relationship with important corporate and private equity clients to drive increased M&A advisory wallet share and a consistent revenue streamBuild new relationships through thoughtful and targeted business development activities. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
