Audit Senior/Supervisor

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior / Audit Supervisor to join a growing public accounting firm. This role is ideal for a motivated accounting professional with public accounting experience who enjoys working directly with clients, leading audit engagements, and contributing to business growth. Key Responsibilities Plan, perform, and supervise audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio. Prepare and review audit workpapers and financial statements. Communicate with clients to understand their business and provide exceptional service. Mentor and support junior staff throughout audit engagements. Ensure engagements are completed accurately and within established timelines. Assist with client relationship management and business development initiatives. Stay current with accounting and auditing standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. 3-5 years of public accounting audit experience. CPA license or CPA eligibility is preferred. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
