Join our team! Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Housekeepers to work with us in a top-tier fulfillment center, full of excellent amenities, well-designed spaces, and an unparalleled work environment. Pay rate: $18.00/hr. | Weekly Pay on Friday! Location: Mt. Juliet, TN Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, restroom, breakroom, refrigerator, office, training room, security, prayer room, momma pods, closet cleaning, water cooler, and other duties as assigned. General warehouse duties such as trash removal, tote cleaning, and cleaning stations will be determined based on business needs. We conduct 7-year background check and perform a drug test prior to employment. Enjoy a four-day or four-night workweek with one required weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). Flexibility to work either day is a plus! Work 4-10-hour shifts each week! Full-time Position: 40 hours per week, offering a condensed schedule and multiple days off each week. Requirements Must be 18+ years old Must have reliable transportation Must pass a 7-year background check and drug test Job Duties Remove and dispose of cardboard, packing materials, wood, etc. Clean various flooring surfaces using push/backpack vacuums (9–12 lbs), sweep, mop, and scrub. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Use cleaning chemicals safely, following proper labeling and dilution guidelines. Maintain janitorial equipment in safe and operational condition. Operate equipment such as augers, balers, and waste compactors as needed. Report irregularities and uphold company and client policies. Support a culture of continuous improvement. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Working Conditions Overtime may be required. Work environments vary—inside, outside, and changing weather conditions.
