LOCATION: Lacey, Washington PRACTICE MODALITY: Large Private Practice (3+ Doctors) SCHEDULE: Full time (5 days) COMPENSATION: $150,000-$220,000+ BENEFITS: • Retirement Plan (401K or SIMPLE IRA) • Health Benefits • PTO SPECIALTIES: • Primary Care • Pediatrics • Binocular / Vision Therapy • Speciality Contact Lens • Dry Eyes / Aesthetics • Ocular Disease PRACTICE OVERVIEW & DETAILS: Ideally looking for a full-time candidate, but open to part-time as well. Position available at the start of the year. PTO starts at 3 weeks and increases up to 5 weeks. In addition, 6 paid holidays. Diversity Days based on years worked. Willing to offer relocation bonus or sign-on bonus for an experienced candidate. SOURCING CHANNEL: ODs on Finance (50/50 Direct Placement Split)
