???? Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
???? Competitive Pay | Part-Time Position

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in the Philadelphia area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with IDD 
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed 
• Support community participation and social engagement 
• Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful environment 
• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided 
• Communicate effectively with team members and family/support staff 

Requirements:

• Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) required 
• Valid Driver’s License required 
• Reliable transportation preferred 
• Ability to pass background checks and clearances 
• Strong communication and caregiving skills 
• Dependable, patient, and professional attitude 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or behavioral health experience 
• Experience with community-based support services
