Job Summary

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity serving North and Northwest Washington. This role is ideal for a self-motivated B2B sales professional who enjoys being in the field, meeting customers face to face, developing new business, and building long-term relationships across industrial environments.

You will represent industrial services and equipment solutions for customers in manufacturing, maritime, municipal, commercial, facilities, construction, and related sectors. This is a strong opportunity for a hunter/farmer sales professional who wants uncapped earning potential, a defined territory, and the support of internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business throughout the assigned North and Northwest Washington territory through prospecting, networking, referrals, and in-person outreach.
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing customers across manufacturing, maritime, municipal, commercial, and industrial accounts.
- Conduct customer site visits to understand operational needs, identify equipment and service opportunities, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Partner with internal technical teams to develop quotes, proposals, equipment recommendations, and service solutions.
- Manage sales opportunities from initial conversation through quote, follow-up, negotiation, and close.
- Maintain an active pipeline, plan territory activity independently, and drive growth in territory revenue and gross margin.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire, full-time opportunity.
- Base salary: $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
- On-target earnings: $100,000 to $160,000+.
- Uncapped commission.
- Monthly vehicle allowance plus mileage reimbursement.

- Field-based schedule with approximately 75% of time spent in territory.
- Territory includes North and Northwest Washington.
