Northwestern Medicine is seeking an APP Clinical Director to provide strategic leadership for advanced practice providers across a department. You will ensure quality, engagement, recruitment, productivity, and retention of APPs, while mentoring leads and collaborating with APP Practice and Development Directors. The role requires a Master’s degree, IL APRN or PA licensure, MSO credentialing, and at least five years of APP experience with strong leadership capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Northwestern Medicine
