CNC Machining experience is a plus but not required — we welcome entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude or technical training, as well as experienced machinists looking for their next opportunity. Join a leading precision manufacturing organization producing high-precision components for the aerospace and defense industries. Located in Mesa, AZ, this full-time, onsite, permanent role pays $20 - $29/hour and offers 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM).

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining equipment to produce parts that meet engineering specifications and quality standards
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments, gauges, and metrology equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical work instructions
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing challenges

'Qualifications

Required:

• Previous CNC machining experience is desirable but not required — candidates with machining education, technical training, or strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing documentation
• Basic understanding of precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Preferred:

• Swiss CNC machining experience
• Experience with CNC lathes, mills, or multi-axis machining centers
• Background in aerospace, medical device, defense, or other precision manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
