We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected CPA firm in the Greater Springfield area that is continuing to grow and looking to add accounting professionals to its team. The firm is open to a variety of experience levels, but is currently targeting:
Staff Accountant (Audit & Accounting Focus) – 2-5 years' experience

Main responsibilities include:
- Audit, review, and compilation engagements
- Financial statement preparation
- Client-facing accounting and advisory work
- Exposure to a variety of industries and engagement types
- Direct involvement in client meetings and presentations
Ideal background:
- 2-5 years of public accounting experience
- Audit and accounting experience
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- CPA or CPA-track preferred
