Type: 1099 Contractor

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturday phone coverage

Compensation: $3,000–$3,500 per month (1099)

The Role

You are the first voice every caller hears. Someone calls in about a house they want to sell or a house they want to buy, and your job is to make them feel heard, pull the right information out of the conversation, and get a confirmed appointment on the calendar.

This is not order taking. You are having real conversations with real people, some of whom are in tough situations, and you are guiding them to the next step. If you like talking to people all day and you get a competitive rush out of hitting a number, you will like this job.

What You Will Do

• Answer every inbound call, text, and web lead fast. Speed to lead is the job.
• Follow our call scripts and lead qualification framework to gather property condition, timeline, motivation, and price expectation
• Book and confirm showing appointments for our available inventory, including owner finance homes
• Book seller appointments for our acquisitions team
• Call and text back every lead that did not answer, on our follow up cadence, until they book or tell us no
• Log every conversation, disposition, and next step in the CRM the same day. If it is not in the CRM, it did not happen.
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders so our show rate stays high
• Answer basic questions on our owner finance program: down payment, monthly payment, and what documentation buyers need
• Hand off warm, well documented leads to acquisitions and sales so nothing gets dropped

Requirements

• 1+ years in any of the following: phone sales, call center, appointment setting, customer service, or inside sales preferred, but we will consider the right person with the right attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with a CRM, texting platforms, and Google Workspace
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Apple Eco System
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not a requirement
