East River Contracting is hiring a Concrete Site Supervisor to lead commercial concrete work from layout to final finish.
This role is for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and delivers high-quality work without excuses.

?? What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage crews on commercial concrete projects (footings, foundations, slabs, flatwork)
- Oversee all phases: site prep, forming, rebar, pouring, finishing, curing
- Read and execute blueprints, elevations, and concrete specifications accurately
- Coordinate with operations manager, crew, and subcontractor crews
- Ensure proper layout, grading, formwork, and prep before pours
- Monitor placement, finishing quality, and curing processes
- Keep jobs on schedule and within scope
- Manage daily site operations including crew direction, materials, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
