Job Title: Hotel Self-Parking Overnight Lot Auditor Department: Hotel Self-Parking Division Reports directly to: VP of Hotel Self-Parking Schedule: Full Time / Part-Time (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Status: Non-Exempt Compensation: Hourly $300 stay bonus after 90 days - 90% of scheduled shifts must be worked during the first 90 days to qualify Position Summary We are looking for a responsible person to watch over a parking lot during the night shift (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM). This job includes checking cars, keeping records, helping guests, and making sure the parking lot is safe and organized. You will often work outside and may work alone. Main Goal The main goal of this job is to help guests and keep the parking lot safe, clean, and organized. The Overnight Parking Lot Attendant makes sure people follow parking rules and helps anyone who has questions. Duties and Responsibilities Count cars and verify tickets and records, correcting discrepancies and reporting issues. Monitor vehicles entering and leaving the parking lot, ensuring proper parking and ticket matching, reporting any mis‑parking. Write end-of-shift reports detailing ticket distribution, vehicle count, and incidents, paying close attention to detail. Inspect the lot for safety, checking lights, signs, cameras, and parking lines, and report any suspicious or unsafe conditions. Maintain cleanliness, ensuring cones, signs, and equipment are in good condition and no trash or hazardous objects remain. Provide courteous customer service, answering questions and directing guests as needed. Show up on time, follow company rules, and maintain professionalism. Perform additional tasks, attend meetings, or complete training as requested. Skills and Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience in customer service is helpful. A friendly and helpful attitude is essential. License and Background Check: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Driving record must contain no more than three moving violations in the past three years. Must pass a background check. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Work outside in varying weather, including weekends and holidays. Noise, moving vehicles, indoor and outdoor conditions—stay alert and report safety problems.
