This is more than bookkeeping. It’s being part of a fast-paced shop where craftsmanship, customer service, and daily operations all work hand in hand. If you’re organized, dependable, and ready for something a little different than the average office job, we’d love to hear from you. In a small business setting, this role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping responsibilities. This role manages core accounting functions such as accounts payable, receivable and payroll, while also assisting with ordering materials, coordinating inventory, supporting customer order processing and helping ensure the office and shop run smoothly during busy production periods. This person will: Balance the books (and keep things running smoothly). Manage orders, inventory and customer support. Be a key part of small, hands-on team.
