What You'll Do

• Train and educate patients on the use of the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis
• Guide patients through setup, operation, and troubleshooting of treatments
• Monitor patient competency and ensure safe at-home dialysis practices
• Provide ongoing training support and reinforcement
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuum of care
• Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately
• Manage a patient load of approximately 2 to 3 trainings daily

What You Need

• Active RN license in Texas
• Recent dialysis experience
• Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage training schedules

• Home health or chronic care experience
