The director is seeking candidates with experience in specific software systems. No weekends are required for this role. The case management unit has 14 beds and a collaborative staff environment. The patient-to-staff ratio is 1:14. The equipment used includes electronic medical records systems. Candidates should possess strong skills in case management assessments and discharge planning. The ideal candidate must be flexible, as this is a very busy and fast-paced environment. The case management team is known for being welcoming, collaborative, and supportive of new staff.
