Radiology Interventional Physician

A leading independent cardiovascular practice is seeking two Interventional Radiologists to help build a brand-new hospital-based IR program while developing an outpatient procedural practice in the Kansas City metro. Physicians will enjoy a diverse procedural mix, strong vascular surgery collaboration, partnership potential, and the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing Interventional Radiology service.

Position Highlights

• Join one of the nation's premier physician-led cardiovascular organizations specializing in vascular surgery and Interventional Radiology
• 100% Interventional Radiology with no diagnostic responsibilities
• Practice across both a Level II Trauma Center and outpatient OBL/procedure centers
• Build and grow a brand-new hospital IR program with immediate procedural volume
• Two brand-new IR suites with state-of-the-art GE angiography equipment
• Broad procedural mix including trauma embolization, vascular interventions, biopsies, drains, central venous access, GI procedures, and women's health interventions
• Opportunity to develop an outpatient clinic and grow advanced minimally invasive procedures including PAE, PAD interventions, genicular embolization, and other image-guided therapies
• Strong collaboration with experienced vascular surgeons who provide shared call support and vascular backup
• Dedicated APP support

Compensation & Benefits

• $800,000 guaranteed base salary
• Production incentive model beginning after Year 1

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
• Interest in both hospital-based and outpatient Interventional Radiology
