Job Summary and Qualifications

This position will assist with vascular cases in the main OR. Must be willing to help with other cases as needed. 

Schedule: 7am-5pm

Call: 1 day a week and 1 weekend a month. Ask Recruiter for more details. 

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions. 

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Experience: One year of OR RN experience
• Preferred Experience: Scrub experience and or experience in vascular cases 
• Required Education: Associates Degree in Nursing
• Preferred Education: Masters in Nursing. 
• Required License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON 
• Required Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider 
• Preferred Certification: National Certification in area of specialty
