Chief Technology Officer

Seeking a hands-on, multi-disciplinary Chief Technology Officer, the full-time remote position will oversee the technology organization, including product engineering, IT infrastructure, and corporate cybersecurity, while partnering with executive leadership to drive technology strategy and enterprise governance. Key Responsibilities Drive overall technology strategy and manage the enterprise technology budget for GoodPower's core SaaS platform Lead day-to-day corporate IT operations and oversee business system infrastructure to ensure high uptime and security Establish and audit comprehensive enterprise IT policies and lead organization-wide information security initiatives Required Qualifications 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including roles such as Director of IT or CTO Demonstrated experience with zero-trust architectures, IAM, and automated endpoint management Proven track record leading enterprise security operations and navigating SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 audits Expertise in architecting and administering enterprise collaboration platforms and productivity suites Experience building and leading technical teams during periods of organizational growth
