description : Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. requirement : Day Shift/AUTO OFFER 40 hours per week/Backfill for EPIC must have experience in EPIC and Cerner.This position is for an EPIC conversion. Candidates must have EPIC experience within the last 12 months and recent Cerner experience. Each work history entry must list the charting system used. No RTO. Start date is firm.Education and Work Experience:Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.Two years' occupational therapy experience: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification: Required
