Republican Jobs is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a political organization for a Graphic Designer based in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for producing sharp, creative, and consistent design work that helps drive messaging and engagement across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching graphics for social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Create cohesive branding elements across campaign and organizational communication platforms.
- Develop rapid-response visuals for breaking news and campaign events.
- Collaborate with communications and digital teams to translate messaging into compelling visuals.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy access and reuse.
Requirements:
- Proven experience producing high-quality designs in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Strong grasp of typography, layout principles, and color theory.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising design quality.
- Familiarity with social media content formats and platform requirements.
Compensation:
- Salary: $60,000–$75,000 base DOE
