Desert Valley Pediatrics has been a trusted cornerstone of pediatric care in the West Valley since 1987. As a well-established, physician-led practice with a strong reputation for quality and compassion, we continue to grow and are seeking dynamic, patient-focused BC/BE Pediatricians to join our team. With 25 providers across 5 locations , we proudly serve families throughout the West Valley suburbs of Phoenix. We currently have 1-2 openings , with primary opportunities in the 85379 and 85338 areas , and additional locations available for the right candidate.

• Manageable patient volume average of 27 patients per day

• Light call schedule evening call approximately 1:14

• Minimal weekend call only 23 weekends per year

• No inpatient responsibilities newborn nursery only

• Collaborative, supportive team environment with experienced clinical staff

• Consistent home clinic providers are assigned a primary location with minimal travel required for coverage needs
