Job Description

Lead full project lifecycle: design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
Develop and maintain project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage subcontractor buyout, contract negotiation, and ongoing scope alignment.
Drive RFI, submittal, and change management processes.
Oversee project schedules in partnership with the Superintendent, ensuring critical milestones are hit.
Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, engineers, and district stakeholders.
Organize and lead OAC meetings, progress reviews, and internal planning sessions.
Ensure compliance, safety, quality, and timely project closeout.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering (preferred).
6-10+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, APM, or PM in commercial construction.
Strong background in K12, municipal, or commercial projects.
Excellent communication and clientfacing skills.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance with confidence.
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project or Primavera.
