Clinical Trial Liaison for oncology studies at ICON, responsible for investigator engagement, enrollment strategy, and site management across multiple trials. Requires five years of clinical research experience with oncology focus and an advanced scientific degree.
Responsibilities
- Manage full investigator lifecycle from identification through enrollment, database lock, and study closeout
- Co-develop tailored enrollment strategies aligned with site capabilities and patient population realities
- Lead site-level strategy and risk planning to ensure predictable enrollment and data delivery
- Serve as scientific liaison between investigators, internal teams, vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Travel up to 60% to engage with clinical sites and investigators
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years clinical research or pharmaceutical industry experience with HCP and site interaction
- Minimum 2 years oncology clinical or therapeutic area experience
- Advanced degree in scientific or clinical field (PharmD, PhD, MD, MSc preferred)
- Strong understanding of GCP, clinical development operations, and trial lifecycle
- Knowledge of therapeutic landscape, standards of care, and ability to apply to decision-making
- Proven ability to build credibility and influence healthcare provider community
