Title: Facility Services Lead

Location: Kennewick, WA

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday

Pay Range: $23-26/hr

We are looking for a dependable, professional and hands-on Facility Services Lead who will take ownership of the cleanliness, appearance and day-to-day care of Club 10 and designated buildings throughout the Resort at Hansen Park.

This is more than a custodial position . The right person will be responsible for helping ensure our facilities are consistently clean, polished, well-supplied and ready for residents and guests. The position combines hands-on commercial cleaning with light facility repairs, supply and inventory management, commercial cleaning equipment operation, oversight of specialty cleaning vendors and, as the Resort grows, leadership of additional facility services team members.

Club 10 is the centerpiece of the Resort at Hansen Park, and this position will play an important role in maintaining the high standard residents and guests experience every day.

We are looking for someone who notices the details without having to be told, takes pride in the condition of their facilities, communicates professionally with residents, coworkers and vendors, and can be counted on to follow through.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, knows commercial cleaning products and equipment, can perform minor facility repairs, maintain facility cleanliness, is organized enough to manage supplies and vendors, and has the leadership ability to eventually help oversee a growing Facility Services team.

• Facility presentation: Hands-on responsibility for the interior and exterior cleanliness and appearance of Club 10, the 10 West lobby, and additional Resort common areas as assigned.
• Light facilities maintenance: Minor repairs such as touch-up painting, tightening/replacing hardware, minor furniture repairs, furniture assembly, changing bulbs, basic adjustments and other small items within their skill level; larger or licensed work goes to Maintenance or an outside vendor.
• Supplies and equipment: Own cleaning/restroom supply inventory and ordering, storage areas, commercial cleaning equipment and product selection.
• Vendor coordination: Schedule and oversee outsourced floor care, carpet cleaning, windows, pressure washing and specialty cleaning; inspect completed work.
• Future leadership: As the Resort expands, train, direct and oversee additional custodial/facility-services employees.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in custodial/facility management, property maintenance, inspections, or similar
• Strong eye for detail not limited to curb appeal, and facility cleanliness standards
• Comfortable utilizing work order systems, inventory tracking, Microsoft Teams, Excel, email, and commercial cleaning equipment
• Experience with punch lists, inspection programs
• Professional, resident-focused communication style
• Organized, accountable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
