Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore, maintain, and improve patients' functional abilities
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Experience working in an acute care, LTACH, or similar clinical setting
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment
• Experience as a travel therapist or in contract-based clinical roles
