Job Description Leads Mobilizes all appropriate Supplier resources to respond to high Severity Incidents, Crises and Disasters Coordinates all Third Party operations and Maintenance activities and has a complete understanding of the OLAs and SLAs Monitors, reports and presents Supplier progress Acts as a Resolution and Escalation initiation point for all Best Buy-related issues Escalates issues in a reasonable and appropriate manner, working within Supplier leadership and Best Buy Governance Structure to resolve issues Manages Risk Management action-items, including assessing, planning, and executing mitigation strategies as needed Identifies and partners with vendors to deploy new and innovative services that drive business value recommend retirement of Services that are not adding value Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
