Job Title: Labor and Delivery Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current nursing license required Certifications: Intermediate or higher Fetal Heart Monitoring certification or NCC_EFM preferred Must-Have: High-risk and OB Triage experience Couplet Care experience High volume experience Description: This position requires experience in high-risk and OB triage. Travelers must be comfortable working in OB triage as it is part of the unit. Couplet care is required for this role. The unit sees a high volume of births, approximately 350 per month, with a focus on high acuity situations. Travelers must expect to be on call for staffing needs, with a requirement to respond within a 45-minute window if necessary. Time off must be approved prior to the offer confirmation; no time off will be approved after that point.
