Overview Interventional Radiology Technologist. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting physicians in performing a variety of interventional radiology procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in scrubbing, filming, and a strong understanding of IR and Neuro procedures. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a sterile environment. This position requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist physicians with interventional radiology procedures. Scrub and film during procedures. Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and prepping the site. Operate and maintain imaging equipment. Ensure a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols. Monitor patients during procedures and report any changes in condition. Document procedures accurately and completely. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology and Neuro procedures. Licensing requirements: ARRT certification, Fluoroscopy Permit, BLS certification, Completion of an IR Tech accredited program. Preferred Qualifications Previous charge experience.
