In-House Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary In‑person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts, scheduling guests to meet with a representative for a presentation. Essential Job Responsibilities Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure. Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in. Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales‑preview tour. Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines. Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits. Meet minimum performance goals (80% time) and attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and keep current on marketing information, materials, industry trends. Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually (20%). Travel Requirements No travel required outside of the home site’s area. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required; equivalent experience may be accepted. Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred. Must maintain production standards. Knowledge and Skills Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
