Candidates will have demonstrated skill in raising proficiency, building confidence, and developing interpersonal skills of trainees. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Training Coordinator with experience training in a healthcare setting. This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employees' understanding of health insurance products, regulatory requirements, and customer service.
